 It's tricky to prescribe yoga poses for sciatica because the cause of the pain can vary. For that reason, it's very important to get a diagnosis from your doctor before attempting these stretches. 


Yoga Poses for Sciatica
Depending on the cause of your sciatic pain, it may be beneficial to do piriformis stretches, spinal extension, or hamstring stretches. Here are my suggestions for each of those types of poses.
