Two quick tips for a healthier, happier New Year!

1. Drink Your Coffee AFTER a Protein-Rich Breakfast

If you drink coffee (regular or decaf), you will benefit from this little switcheroo starting IMMEDIATELY. You will be more resilient to stress, you will have fewer cravings, and you won't be as likely to experience a late-afternoon slump. You will also reduce your risk for metabolic imbalances such as low blood sugar and diabetes, as well as protect your energy-giving adrenal glands from fatigue. Healthy proteins you can include as part of a protein-rich breakfast include whole eggs, organic greek yogurt, and smoked salmon.

2. Set Up Your Complimentary Delicious Discovery Session (new clients only)

Ready to make lasting changes, for good? Whether you want to skyrocket your energy levels, fast-track your metabolism, or take control of your chronic condition, let's talk! Email me today to schedule your f*r*e*e initial session. Here's what you can expect from your session.
